Designs in PrintThe more things change - the more they stay the same. Much of today's marketing budget is spent in new media but good print design is still as effective as ever!
Buick used a unique approach to help its dealership sales force learn the new features of the 2000 LeSabre - they packaged the training materials in much the same way as the customer marketing material. It worked so well that some of the sales team actually gave the training material to customers (along with the usual marketing material of course!).
This was a fun series of posters designed to encourage MSX International employees to enroll in courses at the new MSX International University. A similarly-branded post card was mailed to each employee, while these posters were distributed throughout the corporate facilities.
Encompass Financial Partners has a Professional Affiliation Program that helps match financial representatives with CPAs to offer complete financial services to the CPA's clients. I created a number of brochures and promotional materials for this program. You can learn more about this program at www.papllc.com. (I also designed their web site!)
