All for Pun and Pun for all!

I had the wonderful privilege of illustrating an article written by the great Richard Lederer.

He specializes in pointing out the bizarre things that happen in the English language. In this particular article, he reacts to puns that were submitted by the magazine’s readership. This illustration was meant to visualize the following submission from Matt G.
”I have a friend who makes money taking photographs of salmon in human clothes. He says it’s easy, like shooting fish in apparel.”

Richard has written a number of books - one of which has the hilariously long title of Amazing Words: An Alphabetical Anthology of Alluring, Astonishing, Beguiling, Bewitching, Enchanting, Enthralling, Mesmerizing, Miraculous, Tantalizing, Tempting, and Transfixing Words! That title may be difficult to put in a card catalogue, but Marion Street Press published it anyway!

Unfortunately, you need a Mensa Bulletin subscription in order to read the article, but you can learn more about the magazine for American Mensa by clicking on the button below.
